Richard M. Hale Cap & Skull Memorial Scholarship

Each year, the Cap & Skull Society awards the Richard M. Hale Cap & Skull Memorial Scholarship to rising juniors who have exhibited the qualities of academic excellence and extracurricular involvement early in their college careers.

To be eligible for the Richard M. Hale Cap & Skull Memorial Scholarship, students must:
  • Have achieved a minimum 3.000 cumulative grade point average after the first term of their sophomore year, and
  • Be enrolled in one of the undergraduate schools at Rutgers, New Brunswick/Piscataway: School of Arts and Sciences, School of Environmental and Biological Sciences, Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy, School of Engineering, Rutgers Business School, College of Nursing, Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy, School of Communication and Information, School of Management and Labor Relations, School of Social Work, and Mason Gross School of the Arts.
Note: Financial need is not a consideration for the Richard M. Hale Cap & Skull Memorial Scholarship.
